Eunice Aquilina
Eunice is a consultant, facilitator and coach who supports her clients to develop a strong authentic leadership presence, build skilful ways to cultivate trust, embody greater ease and connection and better manage their commitments and results. She draws on her 25 years’ experience to design and facilitate experiential learning solutions using large group methodology, action learning and coaching, often in combination.
Eunice brings her strong business and behavioural knowledge combined with her understanding of organizational dynamics to her work in complex commercial environments. At the BBC, she led the key work-stream for coaching, mentoring and action learning and was instrumental in the development of their award winning internal coaching network, which delivered sustained behavioural change and attitudes across the BBC’s leadership population.
Today, she works in partnership with a range of clients, to co-create learning solutions which support clients to learn from real issues in real time, building new skills and behaviours for sustainable outcomes. Core to her work is her belief that organizations are organic living systems and their conversations shape and determine the culture, which in turn informs the results which can be achieved. She has worked on high potential leadership programmes, supported senior leadership teams to become high performing teams, enabled organisations to develop a coaching culture, created a successful global mentoring programme and facilitated large group events in support of organisational change.
Eunice has a Doctorate in Executive Coaching and OD and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour. She is a certified somatic coach and has completed a three year Advanced programme in Embodied Leadership with Strozzi Institute, in California. She holds the prestigious EMCC Master Coach Accreditation and is an accredited executive coach supervisor with APECS.
