Michael Quoia
Michael Quoia works with CEOs, CHROs, and C-suite executives to accelerate talent readiness, build aligned and cohesive teams, and unlock leadership potential. Based in San Francisco, he brings distinctive expertise in executive assessment and top team effectiveness as well as experience in succession planning, executive development, and culture change. Earlier in his career, he worked extensively with Co-Founders and CEOs of start-ups where he helped ready companies to scale their leadership.
Michael works with clients across a range of industries, including technology, financial services, healthcare, industrial, and consumer. He also serves private equity and venture capital investors and their portfolio companies.
Previously, Michael was a partner at RHR International, Russell Reynolds Associates, TMG, and Heidrick & Struggles. Early in his career, Michael worked at McKinsey & Company and as an officer in the United States Navy.
Michael holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a master’s in education from the Stanford University School of Education. Michael also holds BS in Systems Engineering from the US Naval Academy.
He holds a Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
